# Pricing and billing

Jaisiu is licensed per node, not per seat. The license is what you pay for; the broker token pool is bundled in. Basic is $19 / month and includes 200M pooled broker tokens. Fleet is $149 / month and includes 4B tokens for multi-host orchestration. Foundry is on-prem from $8,000 / year, quoted per deployment. There is no per-agent fee, no per-user fee, and no surprise overage — the broker hits a hard cap, agents pause, your card is not charged.

## What happens at the cap

The broker has a hard cap. When your token pool hits zero, agents pause — they don't fall back to a different model, they don't silently switch to BYO, and your card is not charged. Add-on token packs (100M for $29, 400M for $69) are one-shot and stack on top of the subscription pool. You can see the current pool balance in **Jaisiu → Settings → Usage**.

## How to switch tiers

Upgrade or downgrade at <https://pryzm.at/account>. Stripe handles the billing; the change is reflected in Jaisiu's license within a few seconds. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period; upgrades are immediate with a prorated charge.
